I think I need to learn more about AWS SAM. I've seen lots of tutorials, but I've never built anything complex with it.

I wonder if I'll ever get used to serverless.

I made a personal application using AWS Websocket API but setting it up at work was a whole different beast.

There was a lot of head scratching but I feel so much more confident with the service and websockets in general.

I got to go to the top of a mountain to set up a starlink and make sure our IoT device was properly uploading data to the cloud.

So much different than my last job of building CMSs.

I recently changed jobs so I can get some real experience with AWS. The certs I got helped me learn what is possible, but didn't prepare me to actually make things work.

I feel that I have a lot of studying ahead of me.
