He says the Constitution bans deportation of citizens, but the 14th Amendment also bans an officer of the United States who engaged in insurrection from seeking office. If SCOTUS can find a loophole around that, they can nullify just about anything.

What does it mean that candidates who are so outspoken on restricting immigration -- Donald Trump, Vice Pres. Vance, Texas Gov. Abbott, (recently defeated) Canadian PM candidate Pierre Poilievre -- all have immigrant spouses? I'm not trying to be snarky here. I'm genuinely bewildered.
