I've learned what defragmentation does (placing pieces of files from different parts of the disk all together - due to being saved consecutively without space) and now I understand why I used to have to do it. The pieces are coming together, literally and figuratively. 😆 #ITsupport #GrowWithGoogle

I learned about users and permissions today in the Google IT Support certificate, and it didn't sound exciting at first but starting to adjust permissions in the command line definitely was, it's fun to know how to use it. 🙌🏻

I've learned about DNS now in the Google IT Support certificate, and now I understand a lot more about how the redirects and CNAME changes I've made in working on websites actually work.

I've already finished the first of the five courses in the Google IT Support certificate and am excited to pick up more, especially in getting hands-on experience with Windows and Linux via virtual machines.

I made this mockup based on the paper and digital wireframes I had done for a project, just to see how a final (cutesy) design might look. It's interesting that the two columns from the original sketch made a return in place of the three in the digital wireframe. #ux #uxdesign

I've started picking up JavaScript (because I see it in job postings so often) and it's not bad at all, knowing an OOP language (Swift) definitely helps cause the general usage is similar
