I sorted out the hodge podge on topics from lecture notes I expanded on & put them in the correct areas for chapters for my book. While I'm not where I wanted to be at this timeline, I'm actually doing OK
But goddamn I wish I'd just made an outline for each chapter like a normal person

Oof... that 7am call to record my lecture was not ideal. Plus, I really have a hard time just talking to the little green light and no audience and no spontaneous questions. But, did do it! And included the cultural humility section that discusses the McLean Grand Rounds

I have to record a two hour lecture for the conference with conference people at 7am tomorrow. It's ungodly. All the time slots to record were just 7am on different days. Ugh. Like... I work on drag queen time.

And, we, unlike singlets, will move back to plurality even after fusion at different times in our lives. We simply will not have the experience of the singlet neurotype ever because of the collective life experience of our difference.

Many singlet therapists equate fusion with health because it causes us to blend with neuronormativity. But they don't see that fusion is secondary to health and, we will never match the experience of being a singlet because we've always been wired differently even if it fuses.

I think i figured out why establishment is saying our lived experience clinical collective is against integration. I & many of us have been saying a drive to fusion is like ABA therapy for plurals. What I'm saying is, this is a treatment plan that is often not client driven not client led.

Scott Aicher aka Scootch passed from a blood clot in his 50's today. He was the artist for many a San Pedro punk band & Peanut Records. I have some phenomenal portraits by him including Mikey Mouse on a skateboard he drew for me when I was 4 years old. I'm going to miss him.

Then I had the vegetarian burger while my partner had the regular burger. I do eat meat, but burgers have always been a texture /flavor nightmare for me. I never liked McDonald's except the earlier version of chicken nuggets & the fries. Super excited they have a veggie burger. It was also amazing.

The thing is, they were using this to strong arm democrats into complying. But now they aren't even allowing democrats to negotiate. They've all gone home already. And I don't think they've fully grasped how bad this is actually going to be for them in the end.
