Prior to my gnd son’s diagnosis his meltdowns were nuclear level that would last exactly 2 hours. Why did it start at a certain hour and end 2 hrs later is a mystery?
He doesn’t experience nuclear meltdowns at specific times anymore. But, his physical discomfort tells me it’s happening inside.
