Had maxed out the hip adduction machine for awhile now, and am just focusing on doing additional reps at that maxed out load each time.
Eventually I’ll just be doing 20 rep sets on it, or just maintaining at that point.
I could also just do additional sets instead I guess.

Finally gotten around to watching new panty and stocking and it’s okay. Some episodes are funny.
The short runtimes are kind of a bother, but also seeing way more Scanty and Kneesocks is the best part.
