At the start of #Movember I aimed to walk 60 miles through the month in honour of the 60 men we lose globally to suicide every hour, and aimed to raise £150 to support men's mental health.
I actually walked 161.44 miles and raised £321 - a massive thank you!

Globally, we lose a man to suicide every minute. That’s why I’m walking 120 miles this #Movember - 2 miles for each of the 60 men we lose every hour.
