So while I'm hesitant to fully indict Korone or Cover for what's most likely a case of unintended ignorance, I can't in good faith fully exonerate them either, and tbh it would be dismissive and irresponsible to treat this like some non-issue that trans ppl/allies are just needlessly whining over.

If JK was some toothless loudmouth maybe it COULD be "just a game." But while she is still making money off of her wizard IP (including HL) and actively using her wealth/influence to undermine trans rights, it can't be. And I think ppl have a right to be upset by it keeping her relevant & making $$.

Obvi I don't condone any genuine harassment she might've received over a sponsorship deal she may not have had 100% control over but it feels to me like some ppl are hiding behind "defending" her as an excuse to deflect valid criticism and just be jackasses to strangers online. It's embarrassing. 🙄💅

Suckiest thing abt Korone streaming HogLeg (besides accidentally(?) platforming JK the Mold Queen & her bs) is all of the fully transphobic losers from Xitter acting like they're her white knights who "protected" her from "the haters" by doubling down on their bigotry and bullying others.

I actually fw the idea of Ragatha/Pomni/Jax as a throuple but only with the understanding that Jax cannot be centered like some hotshot that pulled two baddies. He's mostly there to be Pomni's arm candy but otherwise he's the third wheel that sleeps at the foot of the bed while the girls lez out.

I found the TADC episode 7 script leaked online and SPOILERS: Jax gets both his arms ripped off. Zooble gives him some cool bionic robot arms later on but now he has to compete in an interdimensional fighting tournament to protect Earth from being invaded by Shao Khan? Did NOT see that twist coming.

she takes on, her fans have a right to be upset over her playing a game based on works by someone who IS a known terf. And while I genuinely hope 563 is not harassed or bullied, I also can't blame ppl for criticizing her/her agency for being anywhere near this game, nor for anyone unsubbing.

If you know me at all you know how much I LOVE 563. But behind the anime doggirl avatar she is a human being, not an untouchable god on a pedestal. And while I don't immediately assume that she's a terf herself for playing this game, regardless of how much of a say she gets in what sponsorships⤵

And keep in mind. The terf behind this game/the books it's based on is not just a bigot whose said some unhinged things, she actively uses her wealth and influence to undermine the basic human rights of trans ppl. And that's been known for YEARS now. She makes no effort to hide it.

Not even trying to be political abt it, I just genuinely don't see the connection between most examples I've been seeing w/ women exclusively?? The only time it's made sense to me was when I saw the caption on a picture of old Polly Pocket clothes. That one I got. The cheese plates not so much.
