Well, we're making our studio-debut game now so I had a great reason to push some pixels around. This came together surprisingly quickly, it's so nice being able to make fast decisions in a small team ♡

Never thought I'd be the one complaining about stuff like this but omg Apple's liquid glass is some bullshit.
It looks bad, very obtrusive, it's super unintuitive and makes my iPad incredibly sluggish.
I just want to roll it back 😭 it's so shiiiiit

Kenney's assets are such a boon to game dev! We've been using them for early development and as placeholders for our current projects as they enable code and design to get stuff implemented early and leave art free to explore in the meantime.
Almost done! Each character comes with 30 animations and is CC0/public domain licensed so they can be added in any of your games or projects! ✨

Authors/publishers justifying their AI "artwork" use to be able to invest more money in the "actual content" (this is a direct quote), like anyone forced them to use it, is so rich. As if there aren't a million free alternatives out there.
