So I went up the Dajti Ekspres overlooking Tirana and if you look west you can see the Adriatic Sea. Really cool but a bit freaky going up in those cars

So in the summer of 1991 or 92 just after graduating college, I went to an audition at a hotel convention hall in Madison and was invited to go to Chicago. I was a bit hesitant because I had to pay $100 to go. Well I went thinking I could get a few catalog gigs…maybe more

While there, I was disgusted. I had to be the oldest one in there, and I was only 22ish. Nearly everyone else was younger…way younger like 13 to 18 years old. It felt really creepy and just like this video shows, kids were paraded around like cattle

I kept thinking how could these parents let these kids do this. But I also thought maybe this is how auditions work. I ended up getting picked by a few agents. One agent freaked me out by saying I was a bit too short and I was a bit too old. Too old?

Interesting graphic. Precipitable water levels have been rising over the years due to a warming climate. This is atmospheric science 101. A warmer climate will increase the amount of water vapor available. We will see increased flooding and more potential energy to create stronger storms.

You can’t make this up. Rain/snow always develops over Madison and Dane county and trains right over the area. (Baraboo bluffs locally west and the general slow down of broad scale storms over the Great Lakes) meteorologists let’s discuss.
