It might surprise the vile Badenoch to learn that disabled people also vote. Many of us also worked for decades, our entire adult life before and during the early years of disability until we became too sick . So take your spiteful rhetoric and **** off.

This weeks learning was that hypothermia sucks. It happening whilst in a warm room doubly sucks. Several days later and still not rightly. Not fun.

Saw The Running Man. Very much enjoyed it. Funny how the dystopian SF of 40 years ago just felt like a commentary on the billionaire hate fuelled distraction media that we spend our lives flooded with now. King got it spot on.

I’m playing “The Excavation of Hobb’s Barrow” at the moment and very much enjoying it.

I’m getting “American Werewolf” and “Hammer Horror” vibes from it.

Goodness me, constant price hikes in gaming.

You need to be earning well to keep up with it now .

Disability retirement means I'm out.

I'll just have to stick to retro. Need to ask my son to get some old consoles out the attic when he's next down and revisit gaming in the good times.

I'd forgotten about this one, photographed four years ago. Never could figure out what it was. Was large but taken on a crappy phone cam. Not easily seen but it had a very long tail you can just about make out. Image identifiers say bear, it definitely was not. Taken in west cornwall.

Informative article. The huge cost of delayed diagnosis to AS. This relates to the average 8.5 year delay. I’m an outlier at 31.5 years delay from first symptoms.

Reached the unwelcome milestone of not being able to get out of the bath even with adaptations. Very fortunate to have my wife here to help me.

Progressive diseases really never stop catching you out with new limitations and barriers.

My ways of getting around these days.

So much can change so quickly in life.

It's not been easy to go from keen cyclist and walker to this but I'm getting there and finding some enjoyment within my new limits.

Listening to “Kooks” again for the first time in yonks , and I’m reminded of a question that I used to have… did @manmademoon.bsky.social ever throw his homework on the fire and take the car down town with Dad?

What a lovely moment I had today.

I was out trying a very short walk on my crutches (soon to be replaced with a walker as my shoulders are getting damaged by them, electric wheelchair to follow for same reason).

I agree with this fella . Fantastic game. Got totally sucked in. Best Indy story in years .
Indiana Jones and Great Circle is such a change of scenery. I've barely left Egypt when...I love what follows.

I love this game.
