I keep feeling like RC's comms would go a lot better for them if they stopped the corporate-comms routine, and spoke in a genuine manner to the Ruby community _as a a member of the community_.

Ruby community: Look, we can be angry about what's happening, we can raise our complaints, but under no circumstances should anyone _ever_ harass someone's families, coworkers, or friends.
That is completely unacceptable, and wholly against the ethos of the language. We must do better.

I feel like every time I set up a SPOM I make the same series of mistakes. Having to manage the initial build, creating a vacuum, etc demands micromanaging the simplistic prioritization and task AI of the dupes.
