In February, Trayon White was expelled from the DC Council after being indicted on bribery charges.

Yesterday, he won back his seat w/ just 30% of the vote.

The DC Council's vote to fund the implementation of #RankedChoiceVoting follows overwhelming support from DC voters for a ballot measure last fall, when Initiative 83 passed with 73% support and won in every precinct.

1/ Hashmi, a fine candidate all around, will be the Democrat nominee for Lieutenant Governor of Virginia. But she only got 27.40% of her own party's vote! A whopping 72.6% of the Democrat votes were for someone else! With Ranked Choice Voting, the nominee would've been assured of majority support...
