Yeah, I've been hearing that they're trying to make sure people don't take multiple. I only had to give a name and email, but they're inconsistent like everything else.

I'm sorry it was so tough x.x yeah, there's a lot of inconsistency in getting codes from GS. Different reps, different standards maybe? But it's better than the 0 percent success rate of emailing pokemon, haha

Hmm...I don't know. From that it doesn't seem like they had an extra inventory of codes set aside for emails. Maybe because I cited the specific store I tried to get a code from and that store hadn't given any out yet, they took one from that store's inventory? Weird.

I'm not sure! I cited a specific store that I visited that didn't give me a code, maybe they double-checked that that store didn't give out codes yesterday? I praised them getting more codes and said the employees were great but I was disappointed in their rollout, didn't ask for a code.

UPDATE: This isn't guaranteed to work, I've had other friends report that they didn't get codes when they tried this. IDK if only certain GameStop reps are able to grab codes or if they ran out of the extras for squeaky wheels, but I can't promise anything.

Fingers crossed! I waited to post publicly until someone else in the small Pokemon server I'm in also got a code this way to confirm it wasn't a fluke.

A tip for anyone in the US having trouble with the Shiny Koraidon/Miraidon code restock at Gamestop! I emailed them [care at gamestop dot com] last night expressing my disappointment that the codes were limited and ran out so fast *again*, and they actually sent me a code via email.

Text of an email from GameStop's customer support to me:

Hi [Khara's real name],

We hope this message finds you well and thank you for being part of GameStop. We do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting the Pokémon Shiny Koraidon/Miraidon promotion code. Please use this one instead:

Thought I should post my Goomy plush collection On Here so it lives somewhere other than Discord. I've been collecting for three years and I love them all! (George the Wooper is there because he's a friend.) Cutest Pokémon, no notes.

Every Power Rangers fan who enjoyed Once and Always needs to read Rita's Rewind! It's a slightly AU continuation of that story starring Minh and her mother's friends. The vibrant art captures the show's action and the writing captures their personalities perfectly <3

Over on wplace, the congoomerate of Goomy has claimed Staten Island.

I'm waiting for my copy of Rita's Rewind to ship and the preview page already broke my heart. "Uncle Billy."

Context: Minh never calls him that during the special, she's too (understandably) angry with him. Small sign she's starting to forgive.

The Japanese version of the Pokémon Legends Z-A website has a version of the Lumiose map you can view in more detail with a magnifying glass, and if you click the corners you get some cute extra pictures of the Pokémon.

Here's a happy yelling Goomy.

AFAIK D/P are only available at lv. 50 or above everywhere else, so if you see level 47 and it's not a ball possible in Go, it's either from BDSP or the original D/P. Up to you if you want to risk it

Shiny Manaphy hunters: if you're trying to get Dialga or Palkia on the GTS, beware:

A fresh caught BDSP box legend should be level 47, but people are leveling PoGo D/P to that to scam. If it's in a premier/master ball, it's almost certainly from Go despite the game symbol on the listing.

I loved the trend a few months back of people dressing up their Pokémon sitting cutie plush with accessories and doll clothes, and finally joined in. Love my lil Goomy friend.
