Thank you! It's really about the construction: I always do top down but I then found out you can start at the toe, do different things with the heel etc etc. There's lots of inspiration out there! Good luck with #4 :-)

#ShowMeYourKnits is all about socks this week. I have knitted many pairs, often with hand dyed yarn, for myself, friends and family. I always use the same method, I need to be a bit more adventurous next time and try something new! #knitsky #knitting

Well, this is nice! Karen has knit the Twist cardigan but has also made a little hat with cables to go with it! 😍 This is the 12 months size but the pattern goes from 3 months to 8/9 years. #knitsky #knitting

I am using a combination of Drops kid silk and alpaca (the colour is much nicer in real life); now that I started a second alpaca ball the tension seems to be much better... would that have made a difference?!

For #showmeyourknits here's a sweater (although I would call this a jumper) I made for my husband. The neck did stretch quite a lot after being worn so I redid that to be tighter (a bit tricky as it's topdown). #knitsky #knitting It's called the Rambler and is to be worn walking in the woods. 😀🌲🍃🍄🦋
