The man accused of murdering Sheryl Wilkins in August has been charged with murdering a second woman Carmenza Valencia-Trujillo, who was found dead five months earlier, the Metropolitan Police have said.

Lainie Williams, 17, was found fatally wounded in her bedroom at the family home in South Wales. Armed police later arrested an 18-year-old man who was known to Lainie, on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.

A murder investigation has been launched after a 17-year-old girl died and a woman was seriously injured.
An 18-year-old man from Newbridge has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder in connection with the incident in Caerphilly today.
