This Post contains upsetting content. If it wasn't clear enough: Kaeya lands himself at the cathedral multiple times a month by either starving himself, or by stabbing his stomach out of hysteria.
Kaeya decides to check on that damned weighing scale.
All of a sudden, he's taken 10 steps back, with new scars forming on his abdomen from having used a knife way too many times to stop himself from growing.
At some point, Diluc came home and slammed that stupid

When they get older, Kaeya performs way less due to the growing aches in his body.
But in the off-chances his body cooperated with his mood, he would present himself to a very pleasantly-surprised Diluc who had just arrived home from work.
Kaeya found it very sweet; ultimately deciding to perform way more in the Dawn Winery where he mostly gave Diluc the show of his lifetime, far from the gazes of drunk patrons.
Diluc: Perhaps I should install a third one in our bedroom, yes?
Kaeya has really strong legs that allow him to have leg-heavy hobbies. He developed a knack for pole dancing and found it fun and freeing from the usual patrol work in KOF!
Diluc eventually learns about this hobby once they get back together. And being the dutiful lover
college roomies Childe and Kaeya except Kaeya's rich boyfriend, Diluc, keeps coming to their apartment to spend time with Kaeya. It visibly pisses Childe off.
Kaeya: Oh~ Luc, Right now? But I have an exam tomorrow!
