Courageous conversations necessary. People won’t know if you don’t actually say what you are thinking/feeling. Not always easy. But necessary. Planning a few of these kōrero. Hard as a people-pleaser to acknowledge mistakes you’ve made. But again necessary. Ka ao ka ao, Ka awatea.
