Those dudes know nothing. Half of the world’s gamers are women and girls. Female characters helped popularize gaming and grow the industry when it was small and niche and risky for investors. They demonstrated broad appeal, redefined genres, and elevated strategy and gameplay. More please!

The Anacostia is a beautiful natural resource here in DC, but the litter that starts in our streets & neighborhoods & ends up in the river is a huge problem.

NEW: Washington Gas will take new measures to stop ongoing pollution of the Anacostia River.

After the company failed to prevent toxic chemicals at its former East Station gas plant from polluting the river, DOEE and OAG stepped in.
