Sounds like a bulging disc issue to me (I also have been dealing with this off and on for YEARS) there are some really great stretches you can do.

Is it your lower back? I can try to find tutorials!

A few years ago I would scream in pain and my spouse would need to help me walk. It was awful.

An experiment from last night. Two hours, shaded drawing with a plum colored pencil, glazed with limited pallet (white, ochre, red, burnt, blue) acrylics, then went over line work with the plum and a white colored pencil.

I just realized I usually make chins too big.

I've decided I don't love the paper in this square sketch book. It's odd, the same company makes a rectangular one, and I feel the paper is better; even though I'm sure it's exactly the same.

Working on a 25-page one-shot of my characters being flirty and cute. And I just finished sketching out the pages! It’s rough in some spots but the ideas are on paper and ready to clean up! It’s a start.

I actually made a schedule and a goal to finish this in a month!
