like i looked up the equivalent dose of vyvanse to adderall and it seems i need 60mg. im on 20mg. that's not even the typical starting dose of 30mg. idk why she gave me such a low dose

i luckily have a little left over adderall. im using it on days i have to drive. cant get an increased vyvanse dose until the 13th and even then my dose is so low she probably wont increase it enough.

i dont think my psych fully understands how debilitating my ADHD is. she thought adderall lasting me until 5 or 6pm was enough but like... bro im a severe case i literally cant safely drive. anyone who's seen me drive while unmedicated gets scared for me
