Aww. I’m so sorry to hear of Fergus’ crossing. Releasing the spirit of such a beloved family member is nothing short of heart wrenching, but it was the compassionate thing to do given the sad circumstances.

Charged on some bullshit mortgage fraud crap because she was helping her niece buy a home, and some box was checked off about primary property, which she indicated several times in other documents didn’t apply to HER. It was her niece’s application. She has stated that it wasn’t her primary home.
