I think if human au jäger knew about panzer's desire to be bred she would use that to her advantage and amusement. she would not actually commit to it and actually breed panzer. but she would tease her about it.

for example I really like writing how different starlings see hierarchy and how they deal with it in different ways, with different points of view. they all still believe in hierarchy, they are just in different positions and they deal with this in different ways

I think working with limitations is exactly why I like writing replika characters! I really like following canon and playing with it actually lmao I never ever tried writing a replika oc that is too rogue and deviates too much from what their original neural pattern is supposed to be

I really like human/modern aus.. I know people would think replikas are more fun because they're cool robots and I agree but I love thinking about how replika characters would live in normal more slice of life scenarios
