a hatless venti offers a soothing song and an embrace to a wounded xiao, whose clothes are torn and streaked with blood. one hand clutches the yaksha mask, the other gripping venti's upper arm; xiao's face is buried in venti's shoulder, revealing only a slice of his pained snarl (we got a lot of angst in this post today, huh???)
