Need Te Huia to contiune. Would be a major mistake not to have trains between NZ's largest city (with about 35% of the population and its 4th largest city.

As someone who lives in East Auckland and has to go past the flyover to get to other parts of Auckland, the reason for all the traffic in the first place is the lack of viable alternatives to driving. Removing cyclelanes is just quadrupling down on failed solutions.
"Everyone deserves safe streets." It's wrong for the local MP to interfere with a plan for a new bike lane.

As someone who lives in East Auckland and has to go past the flyover to get to other parts of Auckland, the reason for all the traffic in the first place is the lack of viable alternatives to driving. Removing cyclelanes is just quadrupling down on failed solutions.

We can build a comphrensive rapid transit network in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch and have regional rail for the price of these roads. Which will also benefit significantly more people.

Auckland's rail map once CRL opens next year went up today.
Map is pretty confusing for the South-City line. It loops back and ends at Otahuhu but looking at this map you wouldn't think that's the case.
