Realized I download free brushes and then get confused about how I may want to use them.
So I made myself a cheat sheet of @kloysius.bsky.social brushes I can glance at to see if there's something I need. Maybe make more notes as I work and understand the specific needs I can get out of them!

i definitely drew a lot of alucards! sam deats did his main design, i did his ep1 flashback outfit, and then i drew a lot of layouts/animation corrections of him. his hair very silky
There's no need to use AI when there's so much cool stuff in the public domain. Anything on this site is available for you to do whatever you want with it! Slap some text on it and boom, you got a cool book cover in five seconds. public.work
but the other part of me recognizes that i really do love the more human personalized projects of other artists and it connects me to the world and feeds my soul to see especially with all this ai stuff.. AHHH i havent decided yet! thank you for your thoughts ari!

Yeah i'm really pingponging back and forth because part of me wants to share the art especially if I'm going to be working on this for a while (and the art is composed with text in mind so removing the text seems strange and empty unless I add lorem ipsum or something)
