Decided to share some screenshots of my game. It's nowhere near finished, but i learned a hell of a lot about Ren'Py in the couple of years that i worked on it and had a lot of fun before the ongoing payment processor debacle took the wind out of my sails. Maybe i'll get back into it someday.

Wanted to throw on some dialogue and used it as an excuse to try out Inkscape for text effects. Took a bit of tweaking, but it offers significantly more options and controls over Krita's basic text tool.

A very quick 'n dirty test following @verybatty.bsky.social 's animation tutorial. There's a lot to improve with how i did the bone structure and weight painting, but i'll save that for when i'm not using my poor laptop. It valiantly chugs along, but this is workstation territory.
