Hypnos said to Echidna (aquatic),
"Yes, yeah, fair - my voice *is* 'hypnotic.'
To complain that I'm making you sleepy
is like calling a siren's song 'cheepy' --
A cliche -- calling Talos 'robotic.'"

I tried Green Doctors in 2023. I waited forever for them to develop some sort of blush (which never happened) to indicate they were ready. They never tasted ripe. I don't know if I had the frosted variety or the lime variety. So if you need short season, avoid this variety.

If you add up the number of books in the Iliad and the Odyssey, then divide by the number of books in the Argonautica, you get the number of books in the Aeneid!

Get a dehydrator! Reduce them to jammy without the risk of scorching. Bag will take up less room in the freezer, and the skins still slip off when they thaw. Then skins go back into the dehydrator to make powder!

(Then put the skins back in the dehydrator to make tomato powder!)

Dehydrator and freezer are a great combination for storing tomatoes. Just dehydrate until they are jammy, then freeze. It's as if you already cooked them down without the risk of scorching them on the stove, and the skins will slip right off when you defrost.

They were not productive for me (Los Angeles, foggy south bay) and (as always) I had to deal with BER, but they were tasty!

🗡 Beware the Ides of March! But where did the word ‘March’ come from? March is named after the Roman god of war, Mars. In the oldest Roman calendar, March was the first month. Some still placed March first despite calendar changes, as evidenced in Roman mosaics.
