Really got pulled away by the rest of my life after last art. So hard to juggle everything sometimes

Is it a normal part of learning to draw to forget something you already learned until halfway through working on art? And feel slightly dumb that you didn't use the new better method?

And of course I promised to post them sketch gremlins, so this is very very early sketch while I was still figuring things out. I found it somewhat humorous

Here's next one! Not too happy about it, I went through burnout while working on it and think parts of this art suffered cos of it.

I managed to actually be able to draw daily finally. But it feels like I am not really IN the drawing process all that much anymore and in general draw for less time. It's like daily drawing didn't improve anything or made it worse.
I don't know what's the best way to proceed right now, honestly

I think I actually reached consistency in drawing daily. Although I'm unable to draw for multiple hours a day yet.
Honestly, a combination of drawing and my job seemingly make me exhausted by the evening most of the time.

Slowly getting better, but still getting better

Once I started working with backgrounds, I realized how much I prefer using color rather than lines. And I sketch with color too.
My sketches can look absolutely SILLY!
My current art's horses look like silly gremlins right now. I might post them together with finished art

As mentioned in my previous post, I do have another art that is about 90% done maybe. But I am not that happy with it, so I never felt like posting it.
I DID learn from it and done lots of experimentation (A lot of it didn't lead to much), so it wasn't a waste for sure

Drawing is pretty hard

And here's my 3rd art. Thankfully took less time than my unfinished 2nd did.
Decided to just draw for some time to build brush confidence rather than experimenting and learning specific things.
So 1 art of each of Mane 6 is what I am gonna work on for now.

Life is tough. Art is tough too. I am still yet to figure out how I could move forward without constantly falling back. I am commited to art though!
After forever stressful first half of June and one project I decided to abandon for now, I'm now spending probably too much time learning about color.

Not every day is super productive with drawing, there are times I feel bad for not doing a whole lot.
Gotta keep reminding yourself that you can't give it your all every single day. Some days are slower, some are faster. As long as you progressed in some way, you made it easier for tomorrow you!

Making was art felt like a jigsaw puzzle. I was figuring out and adding elements one a time.
I can confidently said that I would never be able to draw this art at the time I started drawing it

My first art you could call complete! I've been learning for some time now, but never did anything you could call a finished artpiece till now.
