Had a bizarre dream about watching an 80's documentary that explained how people authorized to drive car carrier trailers identified themselves by wearing Char Aznable-like masked helmets. It was a drastic measure to prevent them from being driven by thieves who could steal many cars at once

Oblivia! Originally from the cancelled TV show, this is her first appearance in a Bubsy game!

Originally written to have bad hearing, we reinterpreted her with a cute hearing aid. She amuses herself by constantly saying Bubsy's name wrong on purpose.
