Pokémon Trainer Battle. First time writing a battle track with just three voices and no percussion! The middle voice (Kadabra) goes above and under the others with very fast and crazy runs so I kept it despite being ‘less appropriate’. I actually had a blast writing this track! #chiptune #composer

The look was inspired by Scully and Clarice Starling since the game’s set in the 90s. And since it’s cosmic horror, maybe the similarities go deeper than just the visuals :)

Definitely Pixaki. It’s similar to procreate and very intuitive. The only downside is the animation features that aren’t advanced as aseprite.
