The most pathetic thing is that Israel does have its own (limited) cuisine, which is why it's genuinely baffling it's full of Zionists who want to steal other dishes made elsewhere and rebrand them as Israeli

"At a European Council meeting that month, Merkel and Macron proposed direct negotiations with other leaders in response to the buildup of Russian troops near Ukraine’s border. But a coalition of Eastern European countries, including Poland, opposed the idea."
I mean, the criticism was correct
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
I believe the author fundamentally misunderstands the problem, that is less with immigration in itself and more with the far-right movements, how they can rely on unparalleled propaganda and how all of this masks actual problems that aren't being addressed by mainstream politicians
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Making immigration stricter doesn't solve the issue that the whole thing is mostly propaganda that people have endorsed to solve very real socioeconomic ills that have nothing to do with immigration.

I mean, look at how the far-right in Japan gets victories despite having little actual migration
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Like, I'm sorry but the UK should really be an example of this. The numbers passed around by the far-right media are false. The statistics are concocted. The immigration system has pushed for qualified migrants for 20 years. And still Reform is winning on this bullshit!
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
I think we need to face the fact that:
- the dangers of migrants are largely mediatic fiction
- immigrants are the central scapegoats of the far-right
- a far-right that has a monopoly on the media
- and this is all used to push a Gramscian project to re-establish reactionary thinking

Centrist Democrats believe in nothing at all aside from wanting Blue Team to succeed. Throwing one of the most vulnerable minorities in the gutter like that, what a bunch of vile scum
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
ISTG, you can never make any criticism to any wealthy asshole, no matter how evil and corrupt they are, without some moron saying "you're just jealous!". Absolutely enraging that people with money and power, who should be subject to more scrutiny, find themselves having this permanent BS defense.

Masculine Christianity (KKK's burning crosses) rather than WOKE Christianity (all the teachings by Jesus Christ)
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
You're part of the problem as to why Democrats have approval ratings in the 30s, not a single doubt about that. You'd rather blame everyone else rather than accept the need to reform.
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Nah I don't care, at the end of the day, it's your country. Chi è causa del suo mal pianga sé stesso.
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Good, I don't give a shit what you think honestly. You're just picking anything I say to whine like a Little bitch because I dared criticizing your party and its leaders. US politics is truly 2 giant cults. Blue MAGA
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
I'm not saying that because we need to disrespect the guy. I can't wait to party when he dies. What I'm criticizing is the bullshit delusional attitude of hoping he's dead every time he's not seen in public for 5 minutes.
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Guys cut this bullshit, honestly
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Are you deadass? Buttigieg was the mayor of some 100k city before running for president and you wouldn't have said anything if I had proposed him. Mandami went from 1% in the polls to being the likely mayor of NYC despite all the shit thrown at him from media and allies and he's the problem

Mamdani Is the type of politician every Democrat should be
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
You're literally attacking a strawmen, I never held that beliefs and urged my American friends to vote for her.
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
"Democracy didn't work" do these people believe in anything?
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
You're saying this as if Harris has historically has been anything other than committed to the Dems support for Israel. She adopted more favorable stances because that's what the base wanted, let's stop pretending she was anything but pro Israel all her life
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Literally everyone recognizes that she would've been largely a continuation of Biden's foreign policy. Continuation doesn't mean necessarily being equal on everything, but to start suggesting that Harris would've been significantly different is an insult honestly
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
She was walking a political tightrope? So what? Even her pro Palestinian statements are part of it, yet you insist on treating them as entirely genuine out of convenience.
And also, should I remind you that Josh Shapiro, one of the staunchest Dem Zionists, was for months the top VP candidate?
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
I feel like I'm going crazy right now: I've never heard anyone treating Harris as a reverse from Biden. She was a member of the administration, it doesn't get more "continuation" than choosing as the candidate a member of your own administration.
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Israel and the economy, for sure. I think she was a bad candidate in general, more for where she was coming from than herself being particularly egregious (to me she's perfectly average)
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
Nah, the truth is that this is a poor attempt to distance herself from her previous statement, after seeing people's reaction to it. She was a continuity candidate who wouldn't have changed much, this is just a fact, because this is who rules the Dem party. A bunch of corrupt centrists
kozyraccoon.bsky.social
That her presidency would largely be a continuation of Biden was a universally acknowledged fact, and how weird that you're trying to present the VP as somebody who's going along for the ride.

And I gave you examples lol, you just didn't care.
