Dated someone neurodivergent.
It was definitely a unique experience.
I don't think it would have worked at all had he not underwent two diff types of therapy for several years prior to us meeting.

Dating someone that is neurodivergent can be a journey. I’ve learn that I must have patience and understand that their brain is going to operate differently than mine.

As a neurodivergent person, dating a neurotypical person was extremely stressful. He truly couldn’t understand why I am the way I am & he felt like I was doing things on purpose or to bother him. I really was trying my best, & he helped me in the ways that he could, but he took everything personally
