Halfway through my trip through parts of Nevada and Utah. Yesterday we squeezed in a smidge of California, hiking out to Death Valley around midnight and staying until 5a. #Astrophotography being my special interest is a blessing and a curse #AuDHD #autism #adhd #deathvalley

This morning I got irrationally angry bc my podcast app was on the fritz. I couldn’t listen to my comfort show. It made me want to break things (obvi I didn’t). #Emotionaldysregulation makes me feel like I’m fighting my own internal toddler who’s always on the verge of a temper tantrum #adhd #audhd
