Like, okay he's just pixels and has no feelings to consider, but again, he's my character, he's my public face, he's how I'm presenting myself to y'all, and he uses the same pronouns I do, which I have publicly listed.

And I get that [_] is just a character, but he's my character, and every time I post about him I use his pronouns, but people only ever use they/them for him despite that.

I remember a tiktok I saw a few years ago with a trans guy who presented as fairly androgynous only because still he looked pretty feminine and didn't have access to hrt, but was talking about how even people who knew he used he/him still used they/then for him, and he absolutely hated it.

Also, just putting this out there - [_]'s pronouns are he/him. Everybody refers to him with they/them, that is not the case, it never has been and never will be. I know the general etiquette is to refer to someone with neutral pronouns until you know, but I used his pronouns in the post ffs.

Symptoms of dehydration that I'm nearly constantly experiencing:
Headaches
Very dry hands
Mild dizziness
Fatigue
Heart palpitations
Poor comprehension

...so what I'm saying is stay hydrated. You also stop feeling as thirsty as you get into your mid-30s, so...keep an eye on that and drink up. XD

Someone of my size and weight should be drinking around 2 litres of water a day to stay properly hydrated, and I try to, but I usually end up drinking about half that, unless I'm playing my drums.

Something you're not warned about by your doctor when you're diagnosed with hypothyroid: you kinda stop feeling thirsty, and keeping hydrated becomes a conscious effort. I don't feel as thirsty or drink anywhere near as much water as I should and I'm constantly dehydrated.

Same thing happened to me when I was on antidepressants. The benefits were pretty minimal and weren't anything I couldn't do on my own with focused effort, and the physical side effects weren't worth what little benefit I got
