Getting ready for SpoOo0oky Season by playing horror games with friends. @ticasloth.bsky.social and I are playing our way though Death Mark, and lynx meowdy is it terrifying!

What the hell, if it wasn't addressed in the moment, how are you supposed to work on whatever area needed improvement. How are you supposed to improve if your mgmt doesnt give you feedback but once a year. That DOES sound like management who don't know what theyre doing.
