Here's further proof that sanctions on 'ordinary Russians' work very well indeed: The little dictator badly needs gasoline and was therefore forced to sheepishly admit to his neighbor that his soldiers shot down the Azeri passenger plane. He claimed that he had 'only recently' found out about it.😂

Having listened to the interview, I would argue that she did indeed. From a Baltic perspective, her attitude and refusal to admit mistakes even today is sickening. Just revisit the Minsk II negotiations and how Merkel allowed the Russians to manipulate the EU while they were cleansing Debaltseve.

If we cannot help Ukraine defend itself, the least we can do is support Ukrainians who have been forced to flee the country.
Germany in particular must learn from past mistakes and do more to help Ukrainian young people integrate into society, otherwise they risk becoming another lost generation.
