Yesterday was International Men’s Health Day. I encourage men to prioritize their physical and mental well-being. As a mom to three young men, I know how important this is. I’m grateful for the men in my life and remain committed to supporting their health.

I attended a Palliative Care Coalition of Canada event yesterday, meeting hospice workers, health professionals & advocates. After 5 years on the Townsend Smith Foundation Board, I remain committed to bringing a hospice to Georgetown & Milton and championing end-of-life care in Ottawa.

Joined volunteers, organizers & Halton Hills forestry staff as Trees for Halton Hills planted 150 native trees at Georgetown Fire Hall. Trees are a cost-effective climate solution & planting is great exercise! Thanks to all who spent Saturday making a difference! 🌳
