-protect peoples rights to use VPNs

The failure of age-verification laws is now turning into a War on VPNs. The British government and a number of US states are now proposing that VPNs be banned entirely, or only accessible to those who have surrendered to facial scans, ID check and other identity verification.

i submitted a request and talked about how apple's mandates for subscription billing only would not only hurt me as a creator, but would hurt me as a PATRON of other creators too
Patreon is only bowing to apple and getting rid of our billing models because someone convinced them all members care more about having an ios app than supporting a creator. This is the reason they have given us over and over. Please correct them.
