TIL: The Beatles tried to do a Lord of the Rings movie. They would have composed the music and starred (Lennon for Gollum, McCartney for Frodo, Harrison for Gandalf and Ringo for Sam). Kubrick was approached but declined (and Tolkien too was a no-go).

Too many to fit in the schedule, I suppose! But I'm looking forward to some BSG, hopefully some Black Sails, God of War. I'd even dare to ask for some Da Vinci's Demons, I still love revisiting the season 2 soundtrack !
