The added benefit of this plan is the foot print of the structures could remain largely unchanged so as this gets iterated upon and improved, old buildings could be replaced with new ones without chopping down the forests around them.

And you spread these out. Basically put up 3-4 on large plots of land and maybe a factory or something in between. Connect em with trains so migration routes for animals can start being reintroduced. Lay fiber by the train line. Boom. Internet, people, nature, harmony
