To be fair to Mr. Straw, he is being paid about $7m dollars this year *and* next year to do pretty much nothing but hang out in Toronto and watch baseball at field-level.

I can imagine it'd take a pretty penny to convince anyone in that financial situation to do anything they don't want to do.
