To get started:
It does seem like it isn't possible to chat with it as the labeler accounts hide the profile button but it can be done!
Follow the labeler from the '...' menu on the account, and then use the '+ New Chat' button in the Chat menu to start one directly with @labeler.ivgorchestra.com
