to work when you feel unable to do so due to a medical condition, such as of course, anxiety and depression. Thankfully, I found everyone I've dealt with to be sympathetic and understanding when I had several months off work due to A+D, you can't be forced into potentially criminal behaviour!

@humanrightsvicky.bsky.social came up with a nuke of a defence for any trans person wishing to claim benefits due to mental health caused by the brutal culture of transphobia prevalent in Britain, and that is to say it would be a *criminal* offence under the Health and Safety at Work Act...

I expect the drop is largely explained by a collapse in trust due to the FWS case and the announcement about strip searches guidance. I have no confidence in reporting any hate crime to the police. It's a big reason I'm leaving the country in a few weeks.

Will trans people who now find themselves functionally unemployable due to the effects of the FWS case be exempt from this? I think so. The taxpayer must foot the bill so that they're not left destitute.

The irony is, her skeleton would almost certainly be initially sexed as male by future anthropologists, unless (probably) they DNA tested it, which explains her former prowess at swimming.
Naturally, cremation makes this moot.

There's at least one missing. The Cheshire and Merseyside pilot called Transcend (formerly CMAGIC) that I've just been discharged from (for the right reasons). I think they're picking up GIC referrals that are at least about three years old.
