Got me a Galaxy S25 Ultra. It's all brand new to me but from what I can tell, it's for superior in the ways I need it to be. Talk to text is perfect, the stylus is super helpful and photos are much better even before edits.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

If that’s not one of 3 primary reasons for reading those, I’m missing something.
The 3, as I understand them to be (order determined by mood)
1. To find your taste validated by someone you respect.
2. To harshly judge others’ taste.
3. To find new things to obsess over.

Year-end critics’ lists exist for people to fight over, so I’m happy when people complain about them. But the complaint I will never get is, “I’ve never heard of most of these movies/albums/shows.” Yes, and? Why be mad about learning about stuff you didn’t know before from the news?

I clovered the back half of my yard 2yrs ago and the difference from the other half is stark. Clover is vibrant, soft and lush. The grass is…just not. I put the same amount of effort into each one.
