There is–for me at least–a real fear of losing the last vestiges of childhood and security and having to figure out who you are now as a certifiable Grown Up and I think it's really strange that a random arbitrary number like 30 can evoke such a strong emotional response

I'm willing to bet that anyone who's played l&k can at least guess that the narrative touches on a lot of my personal fears and feelings so to find people engaging with and relating to that narrative helps me feel better about my own anxiety regarding aging and future planning

I was reminded to bring this up cuz I remembered a thing talking about calling the entire cast of a yuri game lesbians as a blanket term and how it can tend to erase bisexual characters and I don't wanna do that

Nat is bi too but she's mostly closeted and it doesn't come up in the story so i'm not gonna take credit for it unlike some hack author trying to gain points for representation without doing the work. But I mean who would do something like that

Obviously Nightshade's heart is cold and has no place for love, only darkness and vengeance, but if it DID then it wouldn't be specific to any one gender. But she's too busy brooding for all that.
