Thanks Matthew. It's so difficult to know what is the right thing to do/say. He travels a lot in his new job and is quite isolated, we only see his posts on SM, which is probably a big part of the problem.Several of us have PM him already today. 🙏x

Emotional hour but so important, we need to be aware of the signs our loved ones are showing, Any chance you could post some helplines ,the lady from ripples was excellent but I think i may have a male friend who is struggling and I think talking to another male would be helpful.Thank you Matthew .
