Eeek! Finally I can let you in on a little secret I've been hanging on to for several months... The Sims dev team invited me to build two lots for the Businesses & Hobbies Expansion Pack!!!
I built the Koffieboon and the New Harbor Park. Can't wait to hear what you think of the lots!

Working on a commercial street in Willow Creek (again)...

So far, there's a thrift/bubble tea store, a run down (fixer upper) gym with a residential space, and a vet clinic. All with SBV items, so they can be run as businesses. Any suggestions for the last 40x30 lot? Thinking library...
