Late Night With The Devil (2024) this was such a treat last year, such a cool and unique take in the genre. Also, if you have a role that requires an off- the-wall unforgettable performance, David Dastmalchian is your guy, easily one of my fav actors, he is brilliant in this #MovieSky #HorrorSky

It Chapter 1 (2017) Andy Muscheitti’s excellent adaptation of Stephen King’s book (the 1st part anyway, the 2nd part, meh) this one made Mega-Bucks at the box office, hugely successful. Fantastic casting here, all the kids and Pennywise were perfect, looking forward to Welcome To Derry #HorrorSky 🍿

Halloween III Season Of The Witch (1982) This one has been on quite the journey in the last 40 years, ridiculed and reviled in the past to being regarded as a Cult Classic today. No Michael, but ironically the mix of horror/sci-fi is much more John Carpenter than the original Halloween #HorrorSky

Jesus Christ, I forgot the #StrangerThings season 4 finale was 2 and a half hours long lolz. The whole season the episodes have been around 80 mins, which is long for a tv show but they move at a good pace so it’s not that noticeable, 142 mins tho is EXCESSIVE!!

Caught up on #Peacemaker, the James Gunn DCU is the entertainment thing I’m most excited for and it’s not even close. Superman, Creature Commandos and now this have all been a blast, it’s even got me reading DC again, new and old. JG’s storytelling and presentation really resonates with me, love it❤️

The X-Files: Squeeze (1993) and Tooms (1994) I always fit in some X-Files during my October Halloween Horrorathon and these eps are some of my all time favs. Tooms is such a a creepy villain, a gross nightmare inducing monster! Slightly disappointing we only ever got 2 episodes with him #HorrorSky✖️🗂️

I actually do think the migration of the AEW fanbase over to Bluesky has probably effected viewer numbers and it’s one of the reasons on Dynamite they put up Tweets on the screen during the show, social media is a huge tool in drawing in casual fans, and that’s how you drive those numbers up.
