Been absolutely devouring "We Both Laughed in Pleasure," a collection of diaries from the late Lou Sullivan. Definitely had to stop tears a couple of times. Absolutely brilliantly edited.

- No longer being around people who also did this
- Therapy, ideally with a therapist who will challenge you
- Physical safety measures: get a house alarm, feel comfie in your body's strength, etc ->
